Earlier today, Congressman Kim spoke at a press conference with House leadership and fellow freshmen members of Congress on the importance of protecting pre-existing condition provisions in the Affordable Care Act. He also advocated for the SAVE Act, his first bill which provides a bipartisan approach to lowering health care costs.

The SAVE Act will be marked up tomorrow in the House Committee on Energy & Commerce. Once it passes through committee, it will be sent to the full House for a final vote at a date to be determined.
