COVID-19 VACCINE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

The Cumberland County Health Department is pleased to announce that we are opening registration for Covid-19 vaccinations for those that fall into the NJDOH Phase 1a priority group. The health department currently offers the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, recommended for people 18 years of age and older.  Because the supply of vaccine is limited, only people in the CDC-defined Phase 1a priority will be given appointments (Examples Below). Also accepted will be those in other priority groups announced by the New Jersey Department of Health. The health department is asking those in the current category to please bring proof of occupation/volunteer status.  Walk-up registration will not be accepted.  As more doses become available, more appointment slots and vaccination clinics will be opened.

You will receive the location of the vaccination clinic site during the registration process.  Once completed, you will receive a conformation email that will have a link to the “Covid-19 Vaccination Registration Form”. This is a fillable form. Please complete the form, print it out, and bring it with you to your appointment.
