Saddle Brook, NJ – Mercury Public Affairs, a top bipartisan high-stakes public strategy firm, today announced that Henry J. Amoroso, a respected professor, attorney, and organizational strategist, is joining the firm’s Advisory Board. Amoroso brings decades of experience leading complex legal, educational, and nonprofit initiatives across New Jersey.

Amoroso is a tenured Associate Professor of Legal Studies at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business, where he directs the Micah Center for Business Ethics and chairs the Department of Economics and Legal Studies. He has taught courses in the legal environment of business, ethics, and public policy for over three decades, preparing future leaders with ethics-oriented case studies.

Beyond academia, Amoroso is a founding member and Principal of Amoroso Pantano PC, of counsel at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC, and founder of HJA Strategies, a boutique consulting firm that advises public and nonprofit entities on organizational transformation. He has also provided legal guidance to major health care systems.

Amoroso has also served on multiple boards including the Victoria Foundation and Catholic Charities, advancing education, equity, and youth development across New Jersey. He received his J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener University and his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
