DOMINICAN AMERICAN LEADERS ANNOUNCE THE FORMATION OF A  

POLITICAL EMPOWERMENT GROUP IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY

Saturday, February 27 marks the 177th Independence Day celebration for the Dominican Republic. On this day Dominican leaders from around the State of New Jersey will announce the formation of the Dominican American Political Force (DAPF) – NJ. DAPF will serve as a connection to politically and socially empower members of the Dominican American community.

DAPF will make this announcement in Paterson, NJ which is home to approximately 50,000 Dominicans and is the third largest Dominican community in the country.
