Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters Endorses Mahesh Bhagia

Edison, NJ – The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters released the following
statement today endorsing Mahesh Bhagia for Edison Mayor.

“It is a great honor to have our office and training center in Edison,” said Frank Mahoney – Communications Director. “We are excited to see Edison Democratic Chairman Bhagia run for Mayor of Edison. We look forward to working with new leadership to bring jobs and opportunities to all Edison residents. We are confident that Mahesh Bhagia is the right choice to make that happen.”

Mahesh thanked The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters for their endorsement and vowed to fight to create good paying construction jobs and building a better community.

I look forward to working with The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters to put together a comprehensive platform to bring jobs to Edison and protect our workforce.”

The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters represents over 41,000 of the most skilled carpenters who live and work in Delaware, The District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Virginia, and West Virginia. EAS Carpenters are trained in many different trades, including: commercial/residential carpentry; heavy highway; piledriving; floor-layering; mill cabinet work; and tradeshow construction.
