EASTERSEALS NEW JERSEY APPOINTS THREE NJ BUSINESS AND NONPROFIT LEADERS TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS  

Diverse Talent Will Accelerate and Advance Board’s Work to Support One in Four People in NJ with Disabilities  

 

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Easterseals New Jersey (ENJ), the largest disability services not-for-profit in the state, announced three strategic appointments to its Board of Directors: Lisa Geller, Owner and Principal Consultant of Geller Consulting Group; Nancy Goguen, Past Chair of Easterseals National Board and former Executive Director of Broadband Strategic Marketing for Texas Instruments; and Deepak Kamble, Director of Transaction Strategy & Execution at EY-Parthenon. Combined, their diverse business management, communications, nonprofit, and finance expertise will help people with disabilities attain full equity, inclusion, and access through life-changing services within the state.

Lisa Geller is the owner/principal consultant at Geller Consulting Group, LLC, with 20 years of diverse, global experience as an executive coach, leader, and organizational development executive and consultant. She is a leader in coaching, hiring, and developing high-performing teams and senior talent. She has deep experience in business and functional transformations, culture change, and building new organizations in high-growth markets. Lisa earned her M.A. in Organization Development from the New School and a B.A. in Psychology, and B.S. in Education from Boston University. She also is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach. She lives in Westfield, NJ.  

 

Nancy Goguen is the immediate past chair of the Easterseals National Board of Directors and has worked on behalf of Easterseals New Jersey for over a decade. She has big-picture insight into how Easterseals NJ can benefit from national services and best practices throughout the country. Nancy is the former Executive Director of Broadband Strategic Marketing for Texas Instruments. Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing at Telogy Networks, a startup acquired by Texas Instruments in 1999. Nancy holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Harvard University and an M.S. in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Bernardsville, NJ.  

 

Deepak Kamble is a Director at EY-Parthenon in Mergers & Acquisitions Deal Finance Consulting group. His previous experience includes providing financial due diligence (buy side and sell side) to private equity, corporate clients, and financial audits of public companies in the technology space. Deepak’s work experience spans across geographies, i.e., Mumbai, Dubai, Bay Area, and New York. Deepak graduated in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant (India), CFA (ESG investing), and MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in Hoboken, NJ.
