FIRST LADY OF BLACK MEGACHURCH INSPIRES HOPE FOR PARENTS WITH NEW BOOK

[MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ, August 11, 2020] — Being a mom is hard. Donna Soaries, the First Lady of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens in Somerset, New Jersey and the mother of twin sons, is the first to admit it. Her new book, ‘O Lord! Reflections of a Praying Mother’, is a collection of endearing reflections from a humble, Black Christian mother. Soaries raised twin sons with her husband, who prayed for twins as she prayed for him! Her unique experiences, devout faith, and passion for helping other moms inspired this recollection of a tough but rewarding journey. This book is no parenting manual, but instead a guide for parents who want the best for their children.

Donna Soaries, 67, was born in Sumter, South Carolina and raised in New Jersey. She has served as the First Lady of one of the biggest Baptist churches in New Jersey for 29 years. In 2010, she founded Mothers Determined to Pray, a network for mothers around the country to uplift one another through 15 minutes of weekly prayer.

‘O Lord! Reflections of a Praying Mother’ is available in paperback and Kindle on Amazon and in e-book on Smashwords.
