Freiman Honored by Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey

(TRENTON) – In recognition of his efforts to encourage economic growth and protect the interests of New Jersey’s businesses, Assemblyman Roy Freiman (D-Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, Hunterdon) will be among four state legislators honored with the Champion of Business & Economic Growth Legislative Award by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) at their 94th Annual Luncheon tomorrow.

This legislative session, Assemblyman Freiman established himself as a staunch supporter of our State’s business community by working to improve New Jersey’s economy and sponsoring legislation to provide assistance for businesses hit hard by the pandemic.

“It is always an honor to receive recognition for my work in the State legislature. Thank you to the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey for acknowledging the work we have done in the Assembly to support our small businesses,” said Assemblyman Freiman. “As a legislator, it is my responsibility to improve the lives of the people I represent, and I believe all New Jerseyans stand to benefit from a healthy economy where businesses are able to thrive. That is why I remain committed to expanding economic opportunities that will allow our State and its businesses to prosper.”
