GENOVA BURNS NAMES NEW PARTNERS AND COUNSEL
Genova Burns LLC, the Newark-based Firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of 12 attorneys in the firm. Effective on February 1st, current firm “Counsel” Peter F. Berk, Donald W. Clarke, Brigette N. Eagan, Maria R. Fruci, Lauren W. Gershuny, Joseph M. Hannon, Avi D. Kelin, Gerard J. Pizzillo, John Suwatson and Leonard S. Spinelli will assume the role and responsibilities as Partner.
The new Partners specialize in a variety of areas, from bankruptcy and distressed assets to human resources and commercial real estate and political activity. A few of the Partners even bring pinpoint specialization to emerging specialties such as autonomous vehicles and Italian based businesses.
Associates Latiqua M. Liles and Thomas L. Bellifemine will be promoted to Counsel as of February 1st as well. Both Associates are invaluable members of the team and are being recognized as such with the promotion. Latiqua and Thomas work within the confines of Employment Law, Latiqua focusing on Human Resources and Thomas on Litigation.
