Gloucester County GOP Chair Jacci Vigilante Congratulates Winners

Huge effort by motivated Republicans

MULLICA HILL – Gloucester County Republican Chairwoman Jacci Vigilante today congratulated the winners of last week’s election.

“It’s entirely possible I am the happiest party Chair in the state,” GCGOP Chairwoman Jacci Vigilante said, “Republicans won seats in Pitman, Woolwich and Gibbstown, re-elected Sam Cassella in Swedesboro and in Elk Township Deputy Mayor Donna Nicholson was re-elected and new-comer Christine Cowan was elected.”

“We elected the first African-American sheriff in the history of Gloucester County.” Vigilante continued, “We won both County Commissioner seats. These were the first countywide wins for Republicans in over a decade.”

Vigilante said, “With respect to the senate and assembly seats Salem County Chair Linda DuBois needs to be congratulated as does Cumberland County Chair State Senator Michael Testa. Our efforts no doubt benefitted from the guidance of Camden County’s last Republican Freeholder-Director Joe Condo and Cumberland County Commissioner Doug Albrecht. There was a huge effort by motivated Republicans for every office, I’m proud so many people were able to pull together in the same direction.”
