Good Grief Awarded $5,000 Grant from Morristown Rotary Club

Good Grief announced today it has received a one-time $5,000 grant from the Morristown Rotary Club to purchase COVID-19 supplies and sanitization stations for its Morristown Family Support Center.

“We are grateful to the Morristown Rotary Club for this generous grant to help us ensure the safety of children, families, volunteers and staff participating in grief support programs at our Morristown center,” said Good Grief CEO Joe Primo. “This donation enhances the stringent social distancing and health and hygiene practices we have put in place to create the safest environment possible for our Good Grief community.”

Good Grief’s nationally respected Nights of Support program has provided innovative and free services to children and families since 2007. The organization’s peer support model serves children ages 3-17, young adults ages 18-30, and parents/guardians following the death of a parent, primary caregiver, or sibling.
