BLOOMFIELD— Today, Governor Phil Murphy proudly announced his endorsement of Assemblyman Mike Venezia and Assemblywoman Carmen Morales for re-election to the New Jersey General Assembly, representing Legislative District 34 in Essex County.

“Assemblyman Venezia and Assemblywoman Morales are effective, principled leaders who get things done for the people of Essex County,” said Governor Murphy. “Whether it’s delivering property tax relief, investing in our schools, or expanding economic opportunity, Mike and Carmen have been strong partners in building a stronger and fairer New Jersey. I fully support their re-election and look forward to continuing our work together.”

Assemblyman Venezia, former Mayor of Bloomfield, has led efforts to improve infrastructure, strengthen public safety, and bring smart development to Essex County communities.
