Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center Appoints Winston Ramkissoon as Director of Emergency Department

PERTH AMBOY, NJ – September 12, 2019 – Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition of Winston Ramkissoon, MS, MPH, RN, CPPS as director of the Emergency Department in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, effective October 7.

Prior to joining Raritan Bay, Winston served 24 years of dedicated service to Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center. He served as the manager of the Emergency & Trauma Department at both Hackensack University Medical Center and Hackensack Meridian Health Pascack Valley Medical Center. Additionally, he served as the manager of Performance Improvement and Regulatory Compliance for the Department of Patient Safety and Quality.
