Hoboken Councilman Phil Cohen Endorses Ravi Bhalla for Congress 

The Ravi Bhalla for Congress campaign today announced the endorsement of Hoboken Councilman Phil Cohen.  Elected to the City Council in 2019 and re-elected in 2023, Phil represents Hoboken’s 5^th Ward.
