Hoboken Strategy Group Announces Promotion and Two New Hires 

 

Hoboken Strategy Group is pleased to announce the appointments of Matt Anderson as Vice President and Casey Haddox as the Director of Legislative Affairs, and the promotion of Michael Comba to Senior Vice President.

Matt Anderson previously held a position at Direct Development where he specialized in business development. Prior to entering the private sector, Anderson served as the Chief of Staff to Assemblymembers Eric Houghtaling and Joann Downey in Legislative District 11. Formed in 2019, Anderson is the President and Founder of Millennials for NJ, a political action committee dedicated to helping Millennials win elections.  Additionally, Anderson is a New Jersey Democratic State Committee member representing Monmouth County. Anderson is a graduate of Salisbury University and is currently pursuing a degree in law at Seton Hall.

 

Casey Haddox joins the Hoboken Strategy Group team from Planned Parenthood where she served as the Generation Action Manager. During her time as the Generation Action Manager, Haddox worked extensively on legislative and public affairs to protect and expand reproductive rights and family planning services for all New Jerseyans. Prior to her time at Planned Parenthood, Casey served as a Legislative Aide for the 38th Legislative District. Additionally, Haddox performs outreach and media relations for PAM’s List, a PAC which supports Democratic, pro-choice women. Haddox earned her B.A. in Political Science and International Global Studies from Rutgers University.

Michael Comba began at Hoboken Strategy Group in 2008 and has been a crucial part of the company from the start. Comba is known as the communications arm of Hoboken Strategy Group and also oversees the firm’s operations. Additionally, Comba is a member of the Edison Township zoning board and serves on the New Leaders Council of New Jersey’s advisory board. Comba holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from The Catholic University America, along with a master’s degree in Public Affairs and Politics from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
