HOBOKEN WELLNESS CRAWL GOES  VIRTUAL FOR 2020 WITH 30-DAY CHALLENGE STARTING THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH — AND 20% OF TICKET PROCEEDS BEING DONATED TO HOBOKEN RELIEF FUND

HOBOKEN, N.J. —  HobokenGirl.com, the Hudson County media site centered on all things Hoboken and Jersey City, is celebrating health and wellness in Hudson County with a Virtual Hoboken Wellness Crawl and 30-Day Challenge kicking off this Sunday, September 13th and running through October 13th with 20% of ticket sales going towards the Hoboken Relief Fund.

Due to unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19 and uncertainty of the year’s outlook for public health, we’ve made the decision that this year’s Hoboken Wellness Crawl will be held virtually with a 30-Day Virtual Wellness Crawl Event. This year’s virtual event will allow for online engagement with 100+ businesses, regardless of location, who really need exposure at this difficult time, and lets crawlers take advantage of exclusive deals and giveaways via really exciting virtual options and in-person activities at their leisure, should they choose.

This year’s 30-Day Virtual Wellness Crawl kicks off this Sunday, September 13th and runs through October 13th. The event will feature giveaways for each participating business, and grants crawlers access to exclusive deals and freebies for over 100+ local businesses via the Hoboken Girl’s online passcoded ‘Crawl’ directory for the month-long period. It will also enable crawlers to take free classes using Virtual Class Tokens that are being offered virtually and in-person as government restrictions allow, and features a 30-day ‘Support Local’ wellness challenge hosted on the @hobokenwellnesscrawl social platforms and private Facebook Group.

This year will also see that 20% of all ticket profits go towards the Hoboken Relief Fund to continue to support businesses and individuals affected by COVID-19 in our community.

“As you can imagine, converting the crawl to virtual is not a decision we have taken lightly or done quickly; it’s taken months of planning and our primary concern is always the responsibility we feel towards our attendees, vendors, partners, volunteers, and team,” Jen shared.“We want to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable, safe experience. But we are thrilled to make this an event that is still all of those things — as well as supportive of the community with a 20% donation of our ticket proceeds to the Hoboken Relief Fund — and can’t wait to make that happen for 30 days starting in September to get locals excited about all the health and wellness options in our area.”

Tickets can be purchased for attendees and vendors can also apply for the event via the website HobokenWellnessCrawl.com.

“Thank you for your support of our Hoboken Girl team and small business as always, and we can’t wait to make the Virtual Wellness Crawl as amazing as ever.”
