Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Continues Its Sponsorship of New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce

Horizon remains a steadfast valued partner to the Chamber’s members and is dedicated to improving the overall quality of care for the greater LGBTQ+ community.

Wayne, NJ (December 15, 2022) – The New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce (NJPCC) is pleased to announce that Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon), has renewed their support of the greater LGBTQ+ community with a $10,000 Bronze Partnership Level sponsorship. Their support is part of a long-standing commitment towards improving the health of the community, creating a new standard of care for all, and building an inclusive workplace culture for employees.

Horizon has offered quality health insurance products and services to New Jersey families and businesses since 1932. Headquartered in Newark, Horizon has been an active and vocal supporter of the queer community’s needs. They recently participated in NJPCC’s first-ever LGBT+ Health and Wellness Fair, where the Chamber partnered with the New Jersey Department of Health to distribute the latest COVID-19 shots, Monkeypox vaccines, and testing/screening for HIV to the community and their allies.
