The sessions, at which petitions for committee will be available, will be held Sunday March 8th at the following times and locations:

  1. West New York – 12pm-2:30pm at Burana Pizzeria and Restaurant, 6310 Park Avenue, petitions for County Committee will be available for West New York, Union City, Weehawken, and North Bergen;
  2. Bayonne – 3:00pm-5:30pm at San Vito Ristorante & Pizzeria, 406 Broadway
  3. Jersey City – 6:00pm-8:30pm at Firehouse Blazing Pizza, 488 Central Ave.

Herminio Mendoza, President of the Hispanic Republicans of North Jersey, said “we need to expand the GOP, to grow to include everyone who shares the Republican values of hard work and a fair shake, which is what the county Democratic Machine and the Democrat Party Bosses have prevented for so many.” He continued, “the end goal is a Republican Party that stands up to the corruption of the Hudson County Democrats, but the first step is empowering grassroots leaders such as those who want to run for Republican Committee.”

“There are many empty seats in the Hudson County Republican Committee and because some in county level party leadership positions prefer to operate in opaque ways behind closed doors, they believe themselves to be unaccountable for their complete lack of GOP party building,” said Sotomayor Einstein. He continued, “on the bright side there are tens of thousands of Republicans in Hudson who want a loud and proud county level GOP. We invite any and all people who want to learn what the GOP County Committee is and who are interested in running to come and be part of growing our party.”
