Hugin Campaign: Schumer Buying Menendez’s Vote

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ ─ Following reports that Chuck Schumer is spending an additional $3 million in a last minute attempt to buy corrupt, career politician Bob Menendez another six years in Washington, the Hugin for Senate campaign released the following statement:

“Chuck Schumer is making a desperate, last-minute attempt to buy corrupt, career politician Bob Menendez another six years so he can own his vote,” said Press Secretary Nick Iacovella. “New Jerseyans want an independent leader who will put them first, not a hypocrite like Bob Menendez who violated his oath to serve New Jersey by selling his office to his convicted felon donor ‘best friend’ Sal Melgen. Bob Hugin took an oath to serve our country as a Marine and he will honor his oath as Senator to put the people of New Jersey first.”

Bob Hugin, a Marine Corps Veteran and business leader who has created thousands of New Jersey jobs, is running for U.S. Senate against incumbent Senator Bob Menendez. For more information visit bobhugin.com.
