Integrity Health Names Allison DeBlois Director of Health Plan Development

Doug Forrester, Chairman of Integrity Health, today announced the appointment of Allison DeBlois to serve as Director of Health Plan Development. In this role, DeBlois will identify opportunities to expand the company’s Partnership Health Centers across New Jersey.

Previously, DeBlois was Acting Director and Policy & Compliance Coordinator for the Dual Integration Unit within New Jersey’s Department of Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services. Her direct oversight of the Fully Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (a single product serving both Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries) supported health plans’ contract management, national and state policy implementation, member services and quality monitoring.

DeBlois previously served as Chief of Staff to the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute, nearly tripling the organization’s funding, membership, and resources. She also served as Executive Director for the Affiliated Accountable Care Organizations collaborative.

“Allison’s ability to connect local healthcare stakeholders and translate their priorities during times of transition and reform will be especially valuable to the members we are serving and hope to serve at our dedicated Partnership Health Centers,” said Forrester. “Her deep knowledge of health policy will help us to drive innovation and collaboration throughout New Jersey’s healthcare landscape.”

DeBlois gained valuable experience in state government while serving in the office of New Jersey State Senator Joseph F. Vitale, chair of the Senate’s Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee.

“For those who have committed themselves to improving access to the highest quality of care, there is no better place to be than Integrity Health,” said DeBlois. “I’m particularly excited to grow and advance the Partnership Health Center model that is directly serving individuals and families without copays and empirically getting them on the path to better health.”

DeBlois earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Health Policy at Rutgers University.
