Jane Williams-Warren Endorses Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh for Re-Election in May 10th Contest

(Paterson)- Former Paterson Mayor and City Clerk Jane Williams-Warren officially announced today her endorsement of Mayor Andre Sayegh for re-election in the May 10th Paterson Municipal Election.  “Mayor Andre Sayegh has demonstrated courageous leadership  during this pandemic. He has led from the front and has pulled out all the stops to protect Patersonians from this deadly virus. We have worked together to ensure that thousands of our residents get vaccinated. Therefore, I am proud to endorse the “Vaccination Mayor” Andre Sayegh for re-election.”

“I’m honored to have the support of Jane Williams-Warren”, Sayegh said. “It was Mayor Jane Williams-Warren who we entrusted to restore integrity to City Hall in the wake of a massive public corruption scandal. She served with the same dignity and professionalism we saw during her tenure as City Clerk, and was also instrumental in our COVID-19 response, acting as an important community voice for people to get tested and vaccinated. I’m proud to follow in her footsteps and have worked hard to live up to her example.”

“We need to continue our progress,” said Williams-Warren.  “On May 10th, please join me in voting 1A to re-elect Mayor Andre Sayegh. Let’s keep Paterson moving forward.”
