Jefferson Health Recognizes Its NJ Director of Public Safety Kevin Seta with ‘Living Our Values Award’

Voorhees, NJ, August 12, 2021 — Cherry Hill resident Kevin Seta, the Director of Public Safety at Jefferson Health – New Jersey, was recently named a recipient of the organization’s Living Our Values Award. The award recognizes employees who demonstrate Jefferson’s behaviors and values of putting people first, being bold and thinking differently, and doing the right thing.

A former member of the Cherry Hill Police Department and a three-year employee of Jefferson, Seta — since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 — has taken on added responsibilities as a member of the Jefferson NJ Incident Command team. He was instrumental in collecting important data to submit to the state, including the number of available beds and ventilators, and later helped organize and manage Jefferson’s COVID-19 Vaccine Center in Voorhees.

“Kevin has put his heart and soul into the Vaccine Center, making sure all the details were so perfect,” said Helene Burns, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, Senior VP and Chief Nursing Officer. “As a result, it has become a very positive experience for employees, patients, and their family members.”
