Jersey City To Promote Firefighters and Police Officers 

What:             Mayor Steven M. Fulop, and Public Safety Director James Shea will promote Jersey City Police and Fire Department members. The Jersey City Police Department will appoint 20 officers to the position of Detective. The Jersey City Fire Department will promote 6 firefighters to Fire Captain.
