Malinowski Fails To Repeal SALT Cap, Peppers DC With Big Gov’t Spending

For Immediate Release
Westfield, NJ – As New Jersey families are desperate to ease the pressure of inflation, Tom Malinowski just helped pass yet another multi-hundred billion dollar spending spree, this time paid for with a mid-recession tax hike.  Topped off with the hiring of 87,000 new IRS agents to harass middle-class families for more of their paychecks.  Tom Malinowski knows exactly what he is doing – Republican and Democrat economists warned that this legislation will not curb inflation.  Washington Democrats have proven to be completely fiscally irresponsible, and unfortunately, in these difficult times, this will cost all of us even more.
“Tom Malinowski broke his promise to our district and voted to keep the SALT cap in place, supporting yet another tax hike because he couldn’t stand up to Nancy Pelosi and the far-left who control his party,” said Tom Kean, Jr. “Now the American taxpayer is stuck with a multi-hundred billion dollar spending spree paid for with a mid-recession tax hike – this is completely irresponsible and a serious absence of leadership from Tom Malinowski.”
