Kovic and Roseff Announce Candidacy for Sussex County Commissioner

Sparta, NJ – Rob Kovic of Sparta Township and Harvey Roseff of Byram Township have announced their true conservative team Republican candidacies for Sussex County Commissioner by pledging to reform Sussex County government.

Rob Kovic is an attorney, former Councilman, and former Executive Director of the Sussex County Republican Committee.

“I am running because for too long the citizens of Sussex County have been subjected to the empty promises, lies and mismanagement of our elected officials. Instead of working to better Sussex County – to reduce taxes and debt, to bring to Sussex an Internet service worthy of the 21st Century, to undo the harsh burdens imposed by Trenton through the Highlands Act – our elected officials have engaged in a sustained and personal food fight. The current Board of Commissioners resembles nothing more than a scene from Animal House,” said Kovic.

“Taxpayers are hurting and it is time to end the food fight and get back to work. I am here to do something about that.”

In 2022, Kovic was endorsed by Gen. Michael Flynn and National Intelligence Director Rick Grenell, Second Amendment leader State Senator Ed “Ed the Trucker” Durr (who toppled Democrat Senate Leader Steve Sweeney), and National Conservative women’s leader Kim Klacik. Kovic serves on the Board of the Center for Garden State Families – an educational organization involved with Pro-Life and parental rights initiatives.

Kovic is leading the fight against establishment bossism in both parties and is representing litigants in the federal court case to end the party organization line. Kovic is representing several MAGA conservative candidates seeking the Republican nominations for U.S. Senate and Congress. He also recently addressed violations of the Sussex County Republican Committee’s bylaws wherein an improper endorsement of a Senate Candidate was made.

Harvey Roseff has served on the Byram Township Council for 6 years. Harvey is an owner of a small business: an international high tech company that works with leading Fortune 500 companies, NASA, DOD and transportation companies in the unique, advanced field of mechanical dynamics.

Whether it’s taking on the special interests that delivered the solar scandal, finding efficiencies to cut the cost of government, improving services and fighting for basic rights, Harvey is a passionate reformer, a problem solver and a proven leader seeking an open, transparent, less burdensome government.

The conservative team of Kovic and Roseff will deliver for the Sussex County voter.
