The New Jersey State AFL-CIO congratulates labor candidate Art Schenker, member of UA 322 and Labor Candidate School graduate, for his recent appointment to the Hamilton Township (Atlantic County) Committee.
As a former Mayor of Hamilton Township, former Atlantic & Cape May Central Labor Council Secretary-Treasurer, and member of UA 322 for over 40 years, we know that Brother Schenker will use his skills, experience, and knowledge to fight for the interests of working families.
Schenker previously served on the Committee from 2016 to 2021. Now, he will serve the remainder of an unexpired term and run for re-election in November.
Schenker’s appointment to the Township Committee brings our number of labor candidate victories to 1,230. |
