LEADING POLITICAL ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP APPLAUDS RELEASE OF CAMDEN PARKS AND  OPEN SPACE PLAN

 

TRENTON – The following statement is from Ed Potosnak, Executive Director of New Jersey League of Conservation Voters, congratulating Camden for its first ever Parks and Open Space Plan.

 

“Today is a huge day for the great city of Camden and its residents.  We know how important parks and open space are to the overall vitality of a community and the health of its residents. This plan should lead the way to ensure Camden residents can enjoy the benefits of a healthy environment for years to come,” said Ed Potosnak, Executive Director, New Jersey LCV. “Congratulations to Cooper’s Ferry, The Trust for Public Land, and the other organizations and stakeholders that made this special day happen.  We are all eager to see the plans come to fruition.”
