Lindabury Announces Eric B. Levine as New President

The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., has announced Eric B. Levine as its new president and Monica Vir as executive vice president.

Mr. Levine, who is a member of the Westfield-headquartered firm’s Executive Committee and serves as co-chair of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice, has appeared before the Superior Court of New Jersey at both the trial and appellate levels. He is an accomplished litigator with significant courtroom experience as well as advocating for clients in mediations and arbitrations.

A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Levine is a faculty presenter at Rutgers University and works closely with corporations to defend cyber-related crimes. He also serves as a trustee on the Board of the United Way of Greater Union County.

Ms. Vir is an accomplished corporate attorney who serves as co-chair of Lindabury’s Corporate and M&A Group and as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group. She counsels both closely held family businesses and large national and international corporations as a trusted advisor. A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Ms. Vir is a founding member of Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative and serves on the Board of Directors for HTTV in Summit, NJ.
