Lindabury Announces New Partner Joshua L. Weiner
The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., announced Joshua L. Weiner has joined the firm as a partner. He will also serve as co-chair of its Labor and Employment practice with Partner Kathleen M. Connelly. His focus will include litigated matters as well as administrative and arbitration proceedings, employment law preventive practices and audits, labor union law disputes and management training.

Mr. Weiner brings 15 years of experience to Lindabury and has represented small- to large-sized companies on employment needs including claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour disputes, defamation and invasion of privacy. He handles corporate disputes with employees over executive compensation, employment contracts and restrictive covenants. In addition, Mr. Weiner represents employers and management in labor disputes and negotiations with unions.

Mr. Weiner received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006 and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association and Sidney Reitman Inn of Court. He was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star (2018-20).
