Lindabury’s Nicole Kobis Elevated to Partner

Westfield, NJ, January 6, 2020: Nicole A. Kobis, an attorney with Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., has been elevated to firm partner. Ms. Kobis focuses her practice in the area of family law, including advising clients on matters involving divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, equitable distribution and domestic violence.

Ms. Kobis is well-versed in drafting complex pre- and post-judgment motions as well as nondissolution applications, and she is an accredited New Jersey Family and Divorce Mediator, counseling clients in negotiating and drafting marital settlement agreements.

Admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, Ms. Kobis holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark. Prior to joining Lindabury in 2013, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine R. Dupuis of the New Jersey Superior Court in Union County when she was the Presiding Judge of the Family Division.
