Lopez Responds to Tragic Shooting at Judge Esther Salas’ Home

          (TRENTON) – Assemblywoman Yvonne Lopez (D-Middlesex) released the following statement in response to a man firing multiple shots into the New Jersey home of federal Judge Esther Salas on Sunday, which unfortunately resulted in the death of her son and seriously wounded her husband:

“Sadly, we have once again been reminded of how quickly senseless gun violence can turn into tragic, unimaginable loss. My heart goes out to Judge Salas and her family at this incredibly difficult time. I join so many across New Jersey in mourning the loss of their son Dan, and I am keeping her husband Mark in my prayers as he continues to recover from his injuries.”
