It is a dark day for American women. The Supreme Court has carelessly overturned a ruling with decades of legal precedence that has successfully protected the reproductive freedom and health of women. This ruling will not only set our country back in terms of personal freedom and liberty, but it will needlessly endanger the health of millions of women, especially in underserved communities.

As other countries throughout the world move forward with protecting the lives and freedom of women, our Supreme Court has taken it upon themselves to deny them. New Jersey will always serve under our Administration as a safe place for women from other states whose basic liberties are being denied. We will fight. We will overcome. We have done it before, and we will do it again.
