MBI Adds Osner Charles to Roster

Well Known & Well Respected Public Affairs Professional Joins MBI

TRENTON, NJ – AUGUST 30, 2022 – Today, MBI announced that Osner Charles, Paterson, New Jersey, has joined MBI as a member of the firm as Director of Business Development & Community Engagement.

“We are very excited to have Osner Charles on our team,” said Raul “Rudy” Garcia, president, MBI.  “Active in northern New Jersey, Osner has earned a reputation as a well-respected public affairs professional keenly focused on business development, economic development, real estate development and municipal operations.  Osner’s expertise and experience makes him an invaluable addition to MBI and we welcome him to the family.”

Charles previously served as Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Paterson, New Jersey responsible for real estate development, business recruitment, retention, expansion, workforce development and the overall economic development strategy of the State’s third largest City. “Osner made significant strides in Paterson and will always remain a part of my team,” said Paterson’s Economic Development Director Michael Powell.   “Osner is a team player and will be missed, I wish him all the best,” said Mayor Andre Sayeh.  Charles also serves as on the Advisory Broad of Rutgers University, Nassan’s Place and is a former member of the YMCA Board of Directors. Charles is an active supporter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson and Union Counties, and a host of many other non-profit organizations throughout the Northern New Jersey area.
