Mercer County: ‘Let’s Talk Thanksgiving’ — Nov. 18 webinar

The Wellness Wednesdays series of free webinars with Rutgers Cooperative Extension’s Family & Community Health Sciences continues on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 2 p.m. with “Let’s Talk Thanksgiving,” presented by Daryl Minch, FCHS Educator, Somerset County. Thanksgiving may look a bit different this year, but it will be delicious. Get menu ideas from turkey to sides to vegetarian dishes, plus time-saving tips.  The presenter will review food safety practices and provide ideas to make your in-person or virtual gathering safe and enjoyable. And remember to plan ahead if you’re using a large frozen turkey; it could take five days to thaw. Register at https://go.rutgers.edu/fuf9td9r
