Middlesex County hosts free Labor Day weekend concert in Roosevelt Park; REPLENISH, formerly MCFOODS, to launch new brand identity

WHAT:                Bid summer farewell with a bang! Join Middlesex County for its 15th annual Labor Day Weekend Concert in Roosevelt Park at the Stephen J. Capestro Theater (location of Plays-in-the-Park) to celebrate an evening of unforgettable, high-energy entertainment. All you need is your favorite lawn chair and your love of music. This free event is open to media and the public.

 

                        Additionally, Middlesex County will officially introduce REPLENISH, Nourishing Neighbors, the new brand identity and tagline of its food distribution organization Middlesex County Food Organization and Outreach Distribution Services (MCFOODS). REPLENISH will be present at the concert, accepting non-perishable food donations and introducing its new identity to residents.

 

The concert is sponsored by the Board of County Commissioners and the Middlesex County Office of Parks & Recreation. It will feature a Freddie Mercury tribute band, Xtreme Queen, and a tribute band to the music of Journey, Separate Ways the Band.
