Municipal Innovation Summit Announces 2021 Conference
Madison, New Jersey – The Municipal Innovation Summit’s annual conference will take place in person on October 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Rothman Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The summit is an annual conference that educates municipal officials on cutting-edge and innovative best practices in municipal government.
The Municipal Innovation Summit gives government officials an opportunity to network and learn from municipal and private sector leaders. Knowledge sharing is a vitally important means of enhancing and improving public sector operations. Learning from other communities’ innovative and best practices helps government leaders provide better service to their constituents.
“After the cancellation of last year’s summit due to the pandemic, I am excited to announce that the Municipal Innovation Summit is back this year,” said Chairman Ken DeRoberts. “This summit provides an opportunity for municipal leaders and government officials to come together and learn from one another. Through knowledge sharing, we can ensure more innovative municipalities throughout New Jersey.”
The Municipal Innovation Summit is led by Chairman Ken DeRoberts, and Board Members: Spring Lake Mayor Jennifer Naughton, Berkeley Heights Mayor Angie Devanney, Archer Law Partner Tim Cunningham, and former Springfield Mayor Ziad Shehady.
The Municipal Innovation summit is free to attend and will take place on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm. Anyone wishing to attend should visit https://forms.gle/DJG9C4q7wEQfA3QJ9 to RSVP.
