More than 1,400 social workers will convene virtually this May 1-2 for the 2022 NASW-NJ Virtual Annual Conference. This two-day conference will explore the future of social work and invites participants to co-create the future they wish to see. Attendees will be provided the opportunity to learn how best to prepare themselves and their clients to participate in a world where change is happening exponentially. The event will feature a cutting edge research presentation on the intersection of virtual reality (VR) technology and the human services field. A special session will focus on the long-term sustainability of the social work profession titled “It’s Time for Dignity, Empowerment & Income Equity for Social Workers Too!” The event will have more than 20 live, pre-recorded, and on-demand sessions to choose from, two dozen sponsoring organizations available for networking, and a searchable resume database for sponsors and exhibitors.
