Neptune City Republican Candidates Farley & Dellett Announce Council Ticket
Neptune City, N.J. – Leadership, dedication, and determination are what Neptune City Republican Candidates Dana A. Farley and Scott M. Dellett have on their side as they officially announce their ticket for Council during this November’s upcoming general election.
Dana Farley, a Navy Veteran and Pastor, is no stranger to leadership. Through his deep convictions and experience, he knows exactly how to foster positive growth and engage with residents across multiple levels, characteristics which would be a true asset to Neptune City:
“My calling, my passion is to aid others and be a guiding force for all people, especially our fellow residents,” said Farley. “As elected officials, we will stand with residents and our small businesses to support them in any way we can. By working together, as one community, I have faith that we can help bring Neptune City into a great era of growth and prosperity.”
Scott Dellett, a former CERT Team Member and 3rd generation resident, is steadfast in his resolve to continue serving the borough. Born and raised in Neptune City, he is dedicated to ensuring it remains the amazing community it is while safeguarding residents from the games of political pageantry:
“I am committed, very committed to Neptune City and ensuring that residents are always kept in the forefront of minds when decisions are being made – that’s how it should be,” Dellett stated. “Our borough is truly an amazing place to call home. Whatever challenges that lay ahead I am confident that we will rise to meet them, especially by keeping the focus on doing what’s best for Neptune City no matter what – above all else and above politics.”

Meet Neptune City candidate Dana Farley:
• Married 34 years, Dana is a loving husband, father of four, father-in-law, grandfather, & spiritual father to many sons & daughters.
• A Navy Veteran, he proudly served our nation for 12 years.
• He is the senior leader of the Apostolic Center of NJ, under the leadership of the Apostolic Center Europe. Dana has Pastored for 17 years, providing spiritual teaching, counsel, comfort & stewardship at home & abroad.
• A founding partner of Power 2 Live & Learn Group, LLC. an entrepreneurial consulting & coaching business.
• He is a current member of the Neptune City Land Use Board.
• Service is deep in his heart as he is also former Big Brother-Big Sister Facilitator & former Life Skills Coach at Hope Academy Charter School.
Meet Neptune City candidate Scott Dellett:
• Neptune City born & raised; Scott is a 3rd generation NC resident as well as a loving husband & father to two energetic daughters.
• Scott is the Residential Service Manager & NWCOA Certified Basic Wildlife Control Operator for Cowleys Pest Services where he has been a team member since 2005.
• An Associate Certified Entomologist, he earned this accreditation after completing the rigorous educational requirements set forth by the Entomological Society of America.
• His heart is in the community, something instilled in him from his years as an Eagle Scout with Troop 72 as well as previously serving as a CERT Team Member. He moved back to Neptune City when his youngest was born because of how special a place it is & wanting a community for his family where everyone knows each other.
• In his spare time Scott enjoys camping, golfing, & grilling – chances are, if you come down Union Ave on the weekends, you can smell ribs, chicken & more cooking in his smoker.
