On the retirement of New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) Executive Director Charles A. Richman, Housing and Community Development Network of NJ (the Network) President and Chief Executive Officer Staci Berger issued the following statement:

“Chuck Richman has been a tremendous partner to our non-profit members and allies going back to his tenure with the Department of Community Affairs. He has been an innovator in the field, drawing connections between housing and health long before COVID-19. That is why our Network selected him as our 2017 Community Development Champion. We will certainly miss working with Chuck but we wish him well in his retirement.”
