NEW JERSEY APARTMENT ASSOCIATION PROMOTES KELLY RYAN TO DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP AND SARAH SHAW TO EDUCATION MANAGER

 

 

(MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ) – The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) announces that Kelly Ryan has been promoted to Director of Membership and Sarah Shaw has been promoted to Education Manager.

 

Ms. Ryan has been with the NJAA for five years. In her role, she directs the organization’s membership recruitment efforts, onboards all new members, engages with the National Apartment Association (NAA) on national membership initiatives, and manages the publication of NJAA’s membership magazine, among other projects. Ms. Ryan has been in the field of association management for 15 years.

 

Ms. Shaw, who manages the Association’s education classes, has been with NJAA for three years. In her role, she recruits instructors from across the nation; helps set curriculum; guides members through the national designation and continuing education credentials process with NAA; and manages a number of the organization’s digital efforts. Over the past year, Ms. Shaw directed the Association’s quick shift to online classes in response to COVID-19 regulations.

 

“I am enormously proud of what Kelly and Sarah have accomplished, not only in the face of COVID-19, but throughout their careers here at NJAA,” said David Brogan, Executive Director. He continued, “Their hard work and professionalism not only furthers our mission as an association, but truly shows what you can accomplish in response to a national crisis like COVID-19. It’s an honor to work alongside this team.”
