NFL Alumni Goes Virtual to Reach High School and College Athletes

MT. LAUREL, NEW JERSEY (January 29, 2021) – the NFL Alumni’s 21st Annual Player Networking Event™ (PNE) is scheduled to take place Friday, February 5, 2021, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

PNE, a National Football League (NFL) sanctioned event for 15 years, was created to help NFL players transition into meaningful second careers and maximize networking opportunities Super Bowl weekend. Due to COVID-19 PNE 2021 has been re-engineered as a virtual experience for high school and college athletes.

Event highlights include interactive experiences on various social platforms, a six-hour podcast, and workshops featuring active and former NFL players and the following NFL team executives: Adolpho Birch (Tennessee Titans), Terry Cousin (Pittsburgh Steelers), Dwayne Joseph (Las Vegas Raiders), Terrance Gray (Buffalo Bills), Maurice Kelley (Seattle Seahawks), Les Pico (Minnesota Vikings), and Arthur Hightower (Los Angeles Chargers).

Former NFL player and current Fox Sports analyst Spencer Tillman will kick start PNE with a keynote address and facilitate the opening session titled How Athletes Build Networks and Net Worth.  Spencer is a servant leader who raises the communication bar and provides next-level insights for athletes in transition. We’re super excited that he has agreed to lead our opening session,” says PNE Founder and CEO Guy Troupe.
