NJDSC Releases Delegate Selection Forms for 2020 Presidential Elections

Statement of Candidacy and Pledge of Support Forms Now Available on NJDSC Website

TRENTON, NJ — The New Jersey Democratic State Committee is releasing its official Statement of Candidacy and Pledge of Support forms for the 2020 Presidential Election, which must be filled out and submitted by Democrats interested in becoming pledged delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee. The forms are available on the party’s Delegate Selection Plan page and must be filed with the party by March 9th, 2020 in order for potential pledged delegates to be registered with the party. “The 2020 Presidential Election will be the most consequential of our lifetime and the New Jersey Democtatic State Committee is committed to running an open and transparent process for Democrats to become pledged delegates for the primary candidate of their choice,” said Chairman Currie. “We will be working with our county party partners to provide additional information on the delegate selection process to answer questions and ensure that everyone who wishes to participate has the opportunity to do so.”
