NJTV ANNOUNCES PATRICK SANTOMAURO AS NEW SENIOR BROADCAST PRODUCER FOR NJTV NEWS
January 13, 2020 – NEWARK, NJ – NJTV, New Jersey’s public television network, announced that Patrick Santomauro will serve as Senior Broadcast Producer for its news division, comprised of affiliates NJTV News and NJ Spotlight. Santomauro, an award-winning broadcast and digital news veteran, will be responsible for the day-to-day production of the network’s weeknight news program, NJTV News with Mary Alice Williams, and its online and social media components. He will report directly to Jamie Kraft, Senior Managing Editor.
“We’re excited to have Patrick as an integral part of our news team,” said Kraft. “His oversight of the nightly newscast will enable the program to flourish across all its platforms with a fresh perspective and more robust coverage of the issues affecting New Jerseyans.”

Prior to coming to NJTV, Santomauro was a producer-manager at KABC/Disney-ABC Television Group in Los Angeles, CA, where he managed broadcast and digital content strategy, edited scripts, videos and graphics, developed new newsroom technology and trained employees.
Previously, Santomauro’s news career included working as an Executive Producer for WHDH/7NEWS in Boston, MA; serving as a Producer at WKMG Local 6 in Orlando, FL, and also as the Executive Producer for KPSP Local 2 in Palm Springs, CA.
Santomauro received his B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He resides in Union County.
