June 2020 saw the sad passing of journalist, editor and author Nick Acocella.  Fortunately, he left fans of his popular cooking series, Pasta & Politics with Nick Acocella, two final episodes to enjoy on NJTV. This week, dig in to his kitchen conversation with former New Jersey Governor Don DiFrancesco while they make Bucatini with Grape Tomatoes, Onions and Herbs. Next week, musician John Pizzarelli cooks up ravioli.  Nick’s vibrant personality and talents will be missed, but his spirit — and recipes — live on.
