CONGRATULATIONS to NOW-NJ OFFICERS ELECTED AT 50th ANNIVERSARY EVENT
NOW-NJ celebrated its 50th Anniversary at the Rutgers Club this past Saturday, November 15th with many elected officials present to congratulate the Organization on 50 years of advocacy for the women of New Jersey. Via video or in person, were Senators Andy Kim and Cory Booker, Congressmen Herb Conaway, Frank Pallone, and Josh Gottheimer, Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson, former Working Families Executive Director and Bernie Sanders Political Director, Analilia Mejia, and Founder of NJ Resistance, Hetty Rosenstein along with many special guests. The keynote speaker was the new National President of NOW, Kim Villanueva, and laughs were in abundance with the entertainment provided by the award- winning comic, Liz Glazer. . . what a terrific event!
