TOMS RIVER, NJ – August 13, 2020 – David Richter, the Republican nominee for Congress in New Jersey’s Third District, announced today that he has received the endorsement of the Ocean County Federation of Republican Women (OCFRW).
OCFRW Chairwoman Noriko Kowalewski said, “Andy Kim is a failed congressman who has achieved absolutely nothing for the residents of the Third District. He has failed to deliver on the VA Clinic in Ocean County, he failed to secure the new Army HQ at the Joint Base, he voted to impeach President Trump and now he feels he should be sent back for another term in Congress? The voters have a clear choice between Andy and David Richter. David will be a strong voice for the residents of the Third District, and for that, we give him our endorsement and support.”
“I am honored that the Women’s Federation is supporting my campaign against radical liberal Andy Kim. The OCFRW has a strong track record of helping elect Republicans throughout Ocean County and their membership consists of many of the hardest working and most dedicated Republicans in the county party. With their grassroots support, I am confident that we will be able to make Andy Kim a one-term congressman,” said Richter.
Richter is the former CEO of global construction management firm Hill International. During his time at the company, Hill grew from a struggling family business with less than 300 employees into a successful public company with more than 4,300 employees. A lifelong Republican, Richter grew up in and has spent most of his life living and working in the Third District. He earned two bachelor’s degrees and a law degree from Penn as well as master’s degrees from Oxford and Harvard. Richter and his wife Michelle, who have been married for 20 years, are the parents of four teenage daughters. |
