Peter Jacob Picks Up Key Endorsements in Western Morris County

(MOUNT OLIVE, N.J.  – June 4, 2018) – The Jacob 2018 Campaign announces the endorsements of Dr. Rozella Clyde*, Kate Matteson, Kris Grasso, and Rachel Marlowe for Peter Jacob in the June 5th Democratic primary for New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District.

Dr. Clyde was the 2017 Democratic candidate for Freeholder in Morris County and Matteson ran as part of the 2017 legislative slate for the Democrats in New Jersey’s 24th Legislative District, which includes Mount Olive Township in Morris County**.  Grasso and Marlowe were on the ballot in the 2017 general election as Democrats for Township Committee in Mount Olive.

“The courage to stand up for what’s right really matters,” said Marlowe.  “That’s why it is so important to fight forward for people like Peter Jacob and for candidates who are willing to be bold and progressive.”

Peter Jacob has also been endorsed this year by several nationwide organizations, including Justice Democrats, Brand New Congress, Our Revolution, and Progressive Democrats of America.
