This weekend in Monmouth County, Judge Luanne Peterpaul began her official journey to becoming NJ’s first LGBTQ woman elected to Legislature in the state. The results of the LD11 Democratic County Committee vote ensured that Judge Peterpaul and her runningmate, Dr. Margie Donlon, will join Senator Vin Gopal on the ballot in June. “Luanne’s candidacy is not just a win for visibility and representation- it’s a win for the voters in the 11th Legislative District and every New Jerseyan.
