PUBLIC HEARING: THE CHANGING FACE OF ORGANIZED CRIME IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

TRENTON – The New Jersey State Commission of Investigation (“SCI”) will hold a public hearing tomorrow to examine the current status of organized crime in New Jersey, focusing on activity in the northern portion of the state.
The hearing will be held Tuesday, May 19, beginning at 10 a.m. in Committee Room 11 on the 4th floor of the Statehouse Annex.
Sworn testimony will be provided by a range of witnesses, including Commission investigators, local law enforcement officials, and representatives from the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of 2 New Jersey, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
