Rep. Sherrill Launches “2022 Heroes” Program

Parsippany, NJ–– Representative Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) is announcing the launch of the “2022 Heroes” recognition program, following the success of last year’s program. Residents of NJ-11 are encouraged to nominate everyday heroes in their lives— teachers, healthcare providers, first responders, family members, volunteers. We look forward to working with the community to highlight these individuals and show our gratitude for their dedication.

Nominees must live or work in NJ-11. The deadline to nominate a 2022 Hero is Monday, December 12. The form to nominate a 2022 Hero can be found here. 

“I am so excited to launch the 2022 Heroes program to show our appreciation for our community members and their selfless actions, whether it is responding to an emergency, educating our children, stepping up to help our neighbors, or lending a hand during a time of need,” said Rep. Sherrill. “This holiday season, I encourage all to reflect on those in your life who have been a hero to you, in ways big and small, and submit their name.”
